You want to be a published Science Fiction writer? You want to write “Black Science Fiction?” I have done these things; I have had works published by Harper and Row, Conde Nast, Jove, and St. Martin’s Press. I have been nominated for the John Campbell, Hugo and Nebula awards. My published works are all about black characters, and are written by a black character. Me.
For those who are interested, I will walk you through the process of getting your work accepted. It will take time to accomplish this and a lot of work on your part. You will need to have an open heart and mind. I know how to get this done and I will help you do it too.
I am also interested in seeing more black science fiction writers “out here,” but obviously, having done this more than a few times, I do earnestly dispute the notion that this can not be done.
You can do it. (Probably).
In helping you form your concept so it can be worked, I will not want to even KNOW your concept, and you must also not share your concept with anyone. I will walk you through the process, and only access your work when it is next to done, in order to see what further adjustments may be necessary.
This is a one time offer. That is, once you gain acceptance, or make a sale, subsequent endeavors are totally on you.
